Minor Infrastructure Contract - Construct Only (MIC-CO) replaces the Standard Contract Provisions Roads (Volume 3): Minor Works Contract (MWC). A three-month grace period for transition from MWC to MIC-CO allows Districts compiling tender documents in the MWC format to proceed. Districts yet to start on new MWCs must use the MIC-CO templates. All new tenders from 1 July 2017 must use the MIC-CO templates.
